Because every employee should be able to have the right skills at the right time, we provide the opportunity for continuous professional development at all levels of our company.
Our goal is for all employees to spend at least two days per year on average to develop their skills.
All new employees receive a basic education to quickly get into DB Schenker World.
Our internal development programs include professional and special education, environmental education, labor management training as well as advanced business-and leadership training and mentor program.
